* fix(platforms): give platforms missing from IGDB a family Platform families only came from the IGDB platform list, so platforms IGDB doesn't list (win9x, win3x, Sega arcade boards, TI computers, ...) landed in "Other" when grouping the platforms page by family. Platforms IGDB doesn't list now either share the family and category of an IGDB sibling (win9x -> Windows), or get an explicit family, which can override the sibling's (Sega Model 2 -> Sega, Arcade). 108 of the 242 unlisted platforms get a family; the rest are engines, generic groups, single-member makers or ambiguous.
