* fix(sync): file a screenshot sent ahead of its state past a stream capture A Cloud Sync client sends a slot's screenshot before the state it belongs to. With a stream capture serving the slot, the screenshot was filed under the capture's name and wrote over the capture's own thumbnail. The screenshot now goes to the state the slot's next upload writes to: the slot's newest non-capture state, or the canonical name when the upload will create one. A copy of the capture's own screenshot sent back is left alone.
