The build ID in LC_UUID is a hash of the contents, but its version and
variant bits were those of a version-4 UUID, the random kind. They are
now those of version 3, the kind made by hashing, as in ld-prime's
output. Nothing reads these bits; they only label the value. A
-random_uuid UUID stays version 4.
