Terry Zhao c17e143b01 feat: add Prettier code formatting with CI integration 
- Install Prettier as dev dependency in UI package
- Add .prettierrc.json with standard configuration
- Add .prettierignore to exclude build artifacts and dependencies
- Add format and format-check scripts to package.json
- Integrate Prettier check into CI workflow
- Format all existing code to match Prettier standards
- Configure workspace-level format commands for developer convenience
