Describe the bug
Whenever I try to use the Parse tool from https://cloud.llamaindex.ai/project/undefined/parse I get a "Forbidden" pop-up in the bottom right of the page

It's just a random .pdf file I tried but ever file I upload generates this error

Job ID
I don't see any job ID for this action in the History

Client:
Please remove untested options:

  • Frontend (cloud.llamaindex.ai)

Additional context
I've tried every option, this seems to be e general problem:
Premium mode, multimodal, fast mode, parsing instructions, etc.
