Describe the bug
I’ve been trying to parse text and PDF files through the Llamaparse API multiple times, but I keep encountering the same error.

The issue has persisted for over two hours without resolution. I tried to parse it Sandbox page, the error is still occurring.

Files
If possible, please provide the PDF file causing the issue.
