Hi,

I ran a parsing of a spreadsheet 3 times and the system hung. It was not necessarily a very big file (text file about 10MB and XLS about 4MB), but the system hung and I could not open the .md file nor download this, which was very surprising. I had not bothered looking at the File History, but in essence the files were created (i suppose in part, but I cannot be super sure). These are the Job IDs: da9dbd38-15eb-4ae1-ba5c-44945d08227a, 623c0666-ed3f-41a6-aed2-52d1a3f14387, da538f5c-c172-4d5f-a122-710cb879f3b9.

In any case, I got a message that my access to Llama Parse is now apparently blocked for the rest of the month, which is disappointing as I feel that I didn't do anything particularly wrong. The files appear to be available in the History view.

Hope my access is reinstated.
