Describe the bug
A week ago, using the Premium model to analyze images extracted text flawlessly from a restaurant invoice. Today, with the exact same invoice image, the OCR returns empty or garbled output—no menu items, totals or vendor details are detected.

Additional context

Parsing mode: Premium only
No other custom instructions or modes were changed
Tested in the Playground with identical settings and images
The degradation in OCR quality is drastic compared to last week’s results
