I went to the UI, uploaded a 5 page PDF and clicked parse, I got this error.

Failed to fetch
Try again
"""

Files
If possible, please provide the PDF file causing the issue.

Job ID
There is nothing in the history tab, I'm a brand new user trying this for the first time.

Client:

  • Frontend (cloud.llamaindex.ai)

Additional context
Add any additional context about the problem here.
I picked the first option for parsing (Cost effective) and left everything else default.

I just tried again with "Agentic" and it worked. I don't know if the issue was transient, or only impacting the cost-effective option.
