Describe the bug
Using the Web GUI or REST API - some jobs appear to hang and stay in-progress for hours or days.

Files
If possible, please provide the PDF file causing the issue.

Where you able to solve your issue and/or find the cause? I would be interested to know if its due to instability of LlamaCloud servers or perhaps issues with the documents on your side. Anyway, I'm not sure if LlamaCloud gives fine-grained support for individual jobs.
(If fixed you should probably close this issue to keep the issues list somewhat clean)
