Describe the bug
LLamaParse through this package and web dashboard is not working.

I don't have Job ID because it does not appear in the history tab.

Client:
Please remove untested options:

  • Frontend (cloud.llamaindex.ai)
  • Typescript Library

Additional context
I used Agentic through frontend.

In the package, I get error saying failed to fetch. Same through the frontend

What are you exactly trying to do? Would seem weird to me that parsing is just broken.

  • What are the characteristics of the file you want to parse (filetype, size, nb of pages, lots of images, ...)?
  • What is the configuration you set for parsing?

Thanks for the response. It's working now. It was out on 21 october. maybe a part of AWS outage
