This adds a playback property for making the movie loop to the start
when the end is reached. The way this is done is by simply keeping the
decoder running even if the end of the movie is reached. Then the movie
is reset to the beginning and decoding continues. The player detects
this reset by examining the frame times which keeps the playback
constant.
This also includes support for this in the movie scripting API.
This allows to use external subtile files (currently only SRT is
configured) for providing subtitles for movie files. This should be more
universal since it also supports container formats with no support for
subtitle streams.
To use this code the srt file needs to be named
"<movie name>-<language code>.srt" where the language code is the file
extension name specified in the localization table. For english the
"-..." part can be omitted.
This adds support for displaying subtitles embedded in movie files. This
supports files with multiple subtitle streams where each stream contains
the subtitles for one language. When the movie file is opened, the
stream for the currently active language will be used and displayed.
This resolves one of the points mentioned in #1522.
This also depends on PR #1484.
