add capability (plus sexps) to set navpoint color
...
This is useful because certain backgrounds (such as a nebula) will make it hard to see the default navpoint color. Also this means that different navpoints can now have different colors.

add const-correctness to the autopilot API

This was suggested by the sexp overhaul but is useful on its own too. Some of the `const` changes cascade a bit.

Fix Coverity reports of Uninitialized scalar variable with the vertex struct. Should vertex ever be converted to a class from a struct, these memsets as well as the pre-existing ones will need to be removed in favour of a proper constructor of the then vertex class.

cleanup hudtargetbox rendering from that total hack job that had been done on it (fixes wireframe view as well)

more non-standard res fixing
- I think everything should default to resize now (much easier than having to figure that crap out)
- new mouse_get_pos_unscaled() function to return 1024x768/640x480 relative values so we don't have to do it later
- lots of little cleanups which fix several strange offset/size problems
- fix gr_resize/unsize_screen_pos() so that it won't wrap on int (took too long to track this down)

Autopilot system completed -- i am dropping plans for GUI nav map
...
All builds should have ENABLE_AUTO_PILOT defined from now on (.dsp's i am committing reflect this) the system will only be noticed if the mission designer brings it online by defining a nav point
