asarium b9413a2639 Improve handling of environment redrawing 
This should make sure that the environment map is only redrawn if
necessary. In my case that should improve frame times by around 1ms for
the normal case when the environment map doesn't need to be redrawn.

asarium dd56493543 Add script for doing automated performance test 
This script allows to compare the performance of a branch to master by
running both versions and generating a graph of frametimes for both
versions.
