Tormod Volden bd0fcdb4c2 Add KEYS file for release files verification ...

Include my own public key, used for 1.0.25/1.0.26/1.0.27 already.

The KEYS file is inspired by the Apache project:
https://infra.apache.org/release-signing#keys-policy
