Disable neon through -DCRYPTOPP_ARM_NEON_AVAILABLE=0,
replace "if defined(CRYPTOPP_ARM_NEON_AVAILABLE)" by
"if (CRYPTOPP_ARM_NEON_AVAILABLE)"
