When I log into my account, the app's menu shows for a split second before it crashes. Same happens when I try to re-open the app - Stoat logo shows up, switches to the app's menu and crashes.

Log: 07_10-21-14-43_351.log
Android: 13 (RMX3085_11_F.15)
Arch: arm64-v8a
App version: 1.3.7 (Oct 5, 2025)
Phone model: Realme 8 4G

some notes
  • I've downloaded the app with a VPN because it was unavailable in my region.
  • My system isn't pure Android - it's based on ColorOS, which powers OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Realme and IQOO devices. Unfortunately lots of devs have trouble reproducing my issues due to heavy modifications the OS has. I hope you'll be able to do it though.
  • Re-installing the app / rebooting the phone didn't help.
  • By using a VPN, the app stays on the logo way longer than usual, but still crashes once it reaches the menu.
  • Disabling the internet connection lands to a respectable error page, but enabling it back and reloading still results in a crash.
