What happened?

Checking out Stoat based on current concerns with Discord, works well on my pc but the app took a while to login to and now won't connect. It just keeps saying reconnecting, then says disconnected tap here to reconnect

Related, Stoat pretty much doesn't load unless I have a Wi-Fi connection even though I have service.
