What happened?

System Information

OS: Fedora 43
Desktop Environment: Niri (replicated on Gnome)
Browser: Helium (replicated on Firefox)

Action:

Click Overview > System message channels > User Joined.

Expectation:

A drop-down menu appears with a list of channels to select from.

Result:

The drop-down menu appears off-screen. If I tile the window to the left side of the screen it makes the drop-down menu more visible, albeit off-target.
