Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

You did not install Docker properly or otherwise it's not running.
I currently use Docker Desktop on M2 and it works fine.

you are using outdated docker-compose. Docker Compose V2 (docker compose WITHOUT the hyphen) is the newest version.
