Virgile Bello be685d414d Update directxtex binaries built without OpenMP 
Rebuilt from the same DirectXTex may2026 commit. linux-x64 no longer needs
libgomp.so.1 and the Windows libs no longer import vcomp140.dll. osx-arm64 is
unchanged, that build never had OpenMP.
