0acdeb0ba6 Removed Select 
- footer language dropdown - should be removed [footer: I don't think we need the word "language" next to the  language dropdown. It can match how it's done in the footer  | isabela: I don't think we should have a drop down in the footer, is a weird thing to have something that opens at the bottom of a page. and we don't need to have languages in two places at the site.]
