6983edc6dc Bump stable version to 0.2.5 
Weasel informs me that the website probably doesn't support having
two stable versions, or one stable and no alpha.  So I'm marking
0.2.5.10 as stable _and_ development.  I hope that doesn't explode.

d306be59b2 update the mirrors list now that we've moved dist/ 
I think this step will remove all the mirrors that haven't
switched to the new rsync command. And then later we can run
it again and add back in the ones that switch next.
