Remove vidalia-related docs and downloads
...
The downloads are horribly outdated, the docs are confusing and long.
Without a proper Vidalia maintainer and someone making packages, this
has no future.

The tbb-team switched to a proper OS X package (.dmg) instead of .zip and Safari doesn't save .asc files as .asc files but .asc.txt
