3aede4e172 Update GSoC page to say we're accepted 
Well past due this page had the good news. I'm dropping the SoP note and
wrapping its count into GSoC since there's no need to confuse students with
that detail.

895feefa15 Match Android before Linux in jquery.client 
Some Android browsers provide a Linux tag in their
navigator.platform tab. This was resulting in Android
being misidentified as a Linux browser as the Linux platform
was matching first.

This commit moves the Android check to match first.

e72ad6bf1b Display Orbot on Tor download page 
This commit adds a box on the download-easy.html.en webpage which
includes links to install Orbot.

The jquery.client.min.js script is from 2009 and does not detect
Android. I've added JS Android detection.

fed3b29b20 Replace 'Effort Level' and 'Skill Level' with 'Language' 
The effort/skill level indicators have always been hand wavy and not of much
use to students. Replacing it with something they absolutely do care about: the
project's language.

This is just a quick guess for the existing projects. Gonna need to engage
mentors so see if I'm right.
