Remove N900 instructions
...
Implements #16605 . I think N900s are pretty rare now, and instructions
for 0.2.1.x aren't really that useful anymore anyway.

Remove vidalia-related docs and downloads
...
The downloads are horribly outdated, the docs are confusing and long.
Without a proper Vidalia maintainer and someone making packages, this
has no future.
