c9398e89cd Drop volunteer page footer idea blob 
This is an antique, horribly unreadable wad of text as denser than a legal
footer. We should invest effort in making project ideas readable or not have
them at all. Actually, this section predates me (meaning it's over six years
old) and never been maintained in that time. Guess it's so dense even we
ignored it. :P

If we want to resurrect any of these then it should be done so as tickets.

fed3b29b20 Replace 'Effort Level' and 'Skill Level' with 'Language' 
The effort/skill level indicators have always been hand wavy and not of much
use to students. Replacing it with something they absolutely do care about: the
project's language.

This is just a quick guess for the existing projects. Gonna need to engage
mentors so see if I'm right.

039803c933 Rename arm to nyx on the volunteer page 
I'm still holding off on the bulk of the rename until our next release (no
reason to confuse its existing users with its name change), but contributors
can handle it. Link was broken - thanks to unixninja92 for pointing it out...

43dd82498b Adjust ExitMap links 
Revising the links as per phw's request. First turned out to just be a copy of
its readme, and second should point to the PETS paper rather than the tech
report.

524c17b8d4 Add Chutney to the volunteer page 
By contrast with ExitMap I'm a tad less sold on Chutney, but we'll see where it
goes. Nick put quite a bit of work into it in 2014, but not much since then. As
I understand it Chutney is due for an overhaul to move from 'tool for Nick' to
a more generally useful component.

Maybe I'm wrong.

If it gets more development attention then great, but if not I might drop it
back off the page later.
