* Speed up dev scripts

* fix env

* dramatically simplify the script and fix few minor bugs found in the way.

Such us:
- ix app was using version for app_version and then bumping version making the 2 disagree again.
- side script (zz.py) was wrongly getting git added date in some cases, now its incorporated in this script

* add devbox script
