Cutting a release meant hand-assembling notes that the app parses for "What's New", and Release.md no longer matched the template in use. The skill drafts the notes from the commits and PRs since the last release (carrying the series forward on revisions), waits for approval, then bumps Build.xcconfig, tags, and creates the release and its Releases discussion. Release.md now holds the current template and footer and documents which platform prefixes the in-app parser accepts. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5
