- add missing syntaxes - don't put prompt if no command outputs to ease copy/paste and use `sh` syntax - always use `$` as prompt and use `console` syntax

Display the list of VDIs (unmanaged and snapshots included) of a SR
Install
Installation of the npm package:
npm install --global xapi-explore-sr
Usage
> xapi-explore-sr
Usage: xapi-explore-sr [--full] <SR UUID> <Host URL> <Host user> [<Host password>]
