SSL error with one of pg services while pull docker images

If manually retry download, error not skipped. Enable vpn not solve the problem

Error response from daemon: Get "https://quay.io/v2/": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate is valid for *.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com, *.cell-02.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com, not quay.io
