target-sh4: add ftrv instruction
Add the ftrv XMTRX,FVn instruction, which computes the 4-row x 4-column matrix XMTRX by the 4-dimensional vector FVn. Signed-off-by: Aurelien Jarno <aurelien@aurel32.net>
