qdev: Fix device_add bus assumptions

Browse Source 
Drop an unreachable fallback bus assignment to SysBus.

If no ,bus= is specified, only search busses recursively for bus type if
the DeviceClass has a bus_type specified. Handle resulting NULL cases.
