docs/devel/qapi-code-gen: Fix typo in grammar

An ALTERNATIVE's value can only be a type name.  Arrays are not
supported, yet.  The text gets it right: "The form STRING is shorthand
for { 'type': STRING }."  The grammar doesn't.  Fix it.
