target/sparc/translate: silence the compiler warnings

When using -Wimplicit-fallthrough in our CFLAGS, the compiler showed warning:
target/sparc/translate.c: In function ‘gen_st_asi’:

The "fall through" statement place is not correctly identified by the compiler.
