c684822ad2 mips: Clean up includes 
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

2ef6175aa7 tcg: Invert the inclusion of helper.h 
Rather than include helper.h with N values of GEN_HELPER, include a
secondary file that sets up the macros to include helper.h.  This
minimizes the files that must be rebuilt when changing the macros
for file N.

bd277fa196 target-mips: Implement Loongson Multimedia Instructions 
Implements all of the COP2 instructions except for the S<cond>
family of comparisons.  The documentation is unclear for those.
