Ian Caulfield 4ee97612c7 Fix a bug in the DVD subtitle decoder where subtitles with odd heights would not have the last line decoded, leaving the bottom line of the bitmap array uninitialised.   liba52 and libpostproc are licensed under the Lesser GNU General
  Public License.

  License and their compilation and use is optional in ffmpeg.
