Michael Niedermayer 72dee89b5d Simplify and optimize the 4th vertical lifting step of the SSE2 code (untested) 
This also reduces the needed headroom in that step by 1 bit

1) Documentation
----------------

* Read the documentation in the doc/ directory.

2) Licensing
------------

* Read the file COPYING.LGPL. FFmpeg and the associated libraries EXCEPT
  for libpostproc and libswscale are licensed under the GNU Lesser General
  Public License.

* libpostproc and libswscale are distributed under the GNU General Public
  License, see the file COPYING.GPL for details. Their compilation and use
  in FFmpeg is optional.
