added preliminary support for motion artist comics, disabled for right now with define in comiceasel.php

added random in chapter only code to the navigation widgets/navigation.php

option to make the random button stay within the same chapter id
...
fix for the casthover where there are not any cast members on that particular comic
regenerated the base language files for the new option
adjusted the random redirect to handle the staying in the same chapter

Now can disable the default navigation, new widget navigation available that uses the same classes as ComicPress so the comicpress navstyle.css code can be used, can *sometimes* just switch to the graphical navstyle if using the ComicPress theme. Sidebar's are now generated by the plugin so don't need to edit the theme's code. (trial code, test it out)

Removed ceo-uploader.php.

Moved uploader ajax to coe-image-manager.php.
Fixed ajax uploader to work in FF and Chrome.
Changed uploader to run through admin-ajax.php.
Removed post generator form uploader ajax function.
Working on image manager(delet/ detach comics from posts).
