BotTony329 a64645ec6a Harness packaging: localhost-first workspace, Kumanga README/NOTICE, BotTony329 attribution

- Root npm workspace: one npm install at the root, dev/build/start/test proxy
  into manga-studio; no Vercel dependency for local use (blob storage already
  falls back to ./.data, provider status treats non-Vercel as configured).
- README rewritten for Kumanga with quick start; NOTICE.md carries the
  BotTony329 attribution; CONTRIBUTING.md and ARCHITECTURE.md added.
- In-app credit: quiet 'Kumanga by BotTony329' link, bottom-left, never over
  the canvas.
- Untracked junk removed (manga-studio.tar.gz, stray vitest cache).
