Record the known-good v0.1 baseline (tests, security, build, production) plus architecture invariants, the security-freeze regression list, and known limitations. Align the manga-studio standalone lockfile overrides with the deployed tree (sharp ^0.35.3, postcss ^8.5.26) so the committed lock audits clean.
