- Add docs/v4.16336.0/: 8 feature-oriented chapters (v1 format) + README index + merged edition
* architecture/tokens, navigation/address bar/tabs, preview/dev servers,
permissions/security/browsing data, element inspect/component context,
annotation/screenshot/agent cursor, motion physics/frame-by-frame, host/runtime/reproduction
* backed by REA static analysis, 9229 live read-only observation (519 frames),
controlled replay and pixel verification; every claim carries an offset or Evidence ID
- Add code-examples/ElementInspectHighlight.ts (headless overlay + Fiber name reader), exported from src/index.ts
- Establish the version-named volume rule in README.md, README-en.md, docs/README.md and AGENTS.md §7
