proton: disable the automatic Sony XInput fallback for Where Winds Meet

Where Winds Meet supports the DualSense natively, but with the automatic
fallback its touchpad stops working when the controller is plugged in
after the game has started, until it is replugged. The reporter
confirmed PROTON_SONY_AUTO_XINPUT=0 fixes it whether the controller is
connected before or after launch.
