72142fd410 x86: Move <asm/asm-offsets.h> from trace_syscalls.c to asm/syscall.h
This reverts commit d5e553d6e0, which
caused large numbers of build warnings on PowerPC.

This moves the #include <asm/asm-offsets.h> to <asm/syscall.h>, which
makes some kind of sense since NR_syscalls is syscalls related.

47db9e7c80 x86, um: Fix typo in 32-bit system call modifications
We override sys_iopl(), not stub_iopl(); the latter is a 64-bitism
that doesn't apply to i386 in the first place.

Mark the system call tables readonly, as they already are on native,
and the 32-bit UM version was in the previous assembly version. The
32-bit version lost it due to copy and paste from the 64-bit version,
which was missing the const.

45db1c6176 x86, um: Use the same style generated syscall tables as native
Now when the native kernel uses a single style of generated system
call table, follow suite for UML and implement the same style, all in
C. This requires __NR_syscall_max and NR_syscalls to be generated; on
native this is done in asm-headers.h but that file is common to all
UML architectures; therefore put it in user-headers.h instead which
already have accommodations for architecture-specific values.

303395ac3b x86: Generate system call tables and unistd_*.h from tables
Generate system call tables and unistd_*.h automatically from the
tables in arch/x86/syscalls. All other information, like NR_syscalls,
is auto-generated, some of which is in asm-offsets_*.c.

This allows us to keep all the system call information in one place,
and allows for kernel space and user space to see different
information; this is currently used for the ia32 system call numbers
when building the 64-bit kernel, but will be used by the x32 ABI in
the near future.

This also removes some gratuitious differences between i386, x86-64
and ia32; in particular, now all system call tables are generated with
the same mechanism.

72103bd128 virtio-pci: fix use after free
Commit 31a3ddda16 introduced
a use after free in virtio-pci. The main issue is
that the release method signals removal of the virtio device,
while remove signals removal of the pci device.

For example, on driver removal or hot-unplug,
virtio_pci_release_dev is called before virtio_pci_remove.
We then might get a crash as virtio_pci_remove tries to use the
device freed by virtio_pci_release_dev.

We allocate/free all resources together with the
pci device, so we can leave the release method empty.

After commit e978aa7d7d ("cpuidle: Move dev->last_residency update to

to 1 by acpi_processor_suspend() causes the ACPI cpuidle routines to
return error codes continuously, which in turn causes cpuidle to lock up
(hard).

However, acpi_idle_suspend doesn't appear to be useful for any
particular purpose (it's racy and doesn't really provide any real
protection), so it can be removed, which makes the problem go away.

9f80d8b68f bma023: Add SFI translation for this device
This needed the sfi IRQ 0xFF fix to go in first. It simply plumbs in the
bma023 driver with the firmware naming of it.

57e6319dd6 vrtc: change its year offset from 1960 to 1972
Real world year equals the value in vrtc YEAR register plus an offset.
We used 1960 as the offset to make leap year consistent, but for a
device's first use, its YEAR register is 0 and the system year will
be parsed as 1960 which is not a valid UNIX time and will cause many
applications to fail mysteriously. So we use 1972 instead to fix this
issue.

Updated patch which adds a sanity check suggested by Mathias

This isn't a change in behaviour for systems, because 1972 is the one we
actually use. It's the old version in upstream which is out of sync with
all devices.
