Change KERNELOFFSET, LOAD_MEMORY_ADDRESS and VIRTUAL_MEMORY_ADDRESS to be relative to the start of physical memory in noMMU configuration, as there's no uniform memory remapping to KSEG starting at 0xd0000000.
