Test on Python 3.15 (#2792)

* Test on Python 3.15

* Use `RLIM_INFINITY` instead of `-1` constant for rlimit modification

Python 3.15 warns against using negative values instead of the constant:

DeprecationWarning: Use RLIM_INFINITY instead of negative limit value.

It has been available since Python 2.
