movieMessage.cpp Improvements (#206)
* Improve onInit() in movieMessage.cpp

Stuck on inline complexity.

* match map sizes, inlining still not working correctly

* Marginally improve setMode() in movieMessage.cpp

inline complexity is messing up this file as well.

* match ballMove for mitites

tamagomushi is spookily close to completion

* forty five percent

Links tamagoMushi.cpp and panModokiState.cpp + neatens up some tamagoMushiMgr stuff
