Docs: correct stale patch counts, pin wording and install paths
14 patches (not 11), Tier-2 glue is 07-14, no donor pin exists, the extractor was deleted, and patches apply to source checkouts only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
