- worktrees.ts: 2-phase SQLite allocation (allocating->allocated, WAL,
busy_timeout=15000), jj/git backends, .opencode isolation,
salvageWorktree anchoring refs/fleet-salvage/<id>
- landing.ts: transactional landTask (--no-ff in throwaway worktree,
pre/post verification, atomic rollback, conflict file reporting)
- event-bus.ts: ring-buffered SSE bus with gap markers + in-memory
NATS JetStream/KV bridge implementing the identical contract
- approval-tickets.ts: single-use 60s-TTL tickets bound to
{taskId, subjectHash} + Ed25519/passphrase verification (node:crypto)
- server.ts: loopback Bun HTTP+SSE API (board, director message,
drilldown, ticket mint, sign, events) with CSRF + audit wiring
- tests: 32 new (66 total green), accept script + report
