[Upstream #289] Add MorningAI to Plugins (#86)

* Add MorningAI to Plugins section

MorningAI is an AI news tracking skill that monitors 80+ entities
across 6 sources, generates scored daily reports with infographics
and message digests. Works via SKILL.md with OpenCode and other agents.

* chore: move the README edit to a data/ entry

README.md and dist/registry.json are generated from data/ now.
